this ever happen to you? I went to start my bike up the other day,to keep the battery charged,when I smelled mouse shit.I revved it a couple of times hoping to hear a thoomp and seeing it propelled out the muffler.No luck!I'll be pulling the exhaust off just to make sure and to check the oil screen.

I did think about it, though.. and you've reminded me about my thought from last year about putting a sock over the end of the tailpipe to stop the critters from getting in....

a tennis ball plugs larger pipe exits good....
how do I know this? couple yrs. ago I slipped on wet concrete & fell headlong right next to the ZRX. As I layed there gathering my senses somewhat dazed, I noticed a tennis ball laying right next to me on the ground, & picked it up.
Laying there for a few seconds, I notice the pipe exit is about 12 inches from my head, & a quick thought of "I wonder..." so I just reached up & plugged the Tsukigi pipe exit with the tennis ball. It fit perfectly...
See? Even when you bail near the bike in the garage you can learn something...:P

Saw a nice crispy mouse fly 30 feet out of an old honda that got traded in a month back.
Not to mention the burning and melting carpet fuzz that was in there with him.

I read on another forum about a guy who raced against his fathers goldwing and lost, although he felt shouldn't have.
When he checked over his bike he found that his entire air cleaner housing was FULL of cat food that mice had stored there.
