02 mirror part numbers
For those of you who have asked the part numbers for the 02 mirrors are: 56001-1574 L.H. and 56001-1575 for the right. but!!! I got the last right hand avaliable in Calif. HA

Price?...and I'm assuming that are these just the mirrors and does not include the base, right?...thanks!

OUCH!!!...$100 BUCKS!...EACH!....hmmm, gotta think real hard about this one...maybe RonAyersMotorsports has better prices?...maybe someone else out there knows of other places?...maybe I'll have to wait until some generous  02' owner gives his/hers up on e-bay, here, or 'there'...FYI...the genuine Kawasaki ZX-7R mirrors go for $45-$55 each...am I sweatin' a little chicken shit detail here, or what?...they'd sure look cool (to me) on my bike, tho'!  ...sure is funny what 'we' squabble about parts and prices, huh? (I'm laughing at myself here )...I know the ol' saying "If you wanna' play, ya' gotta pay", but sometimes I just don't like to pay so much even tho' I like to play much...I don't mind paying what is fair, wouldn't you?...especially if you look at the big price differences for the same friggin' part between two or three sources!...which brings up another point...it'd be cool to have a "PREFERED LIST" of a place or places us members can get FACTORY parts up front without the hassles and dickering for the best price...a "GO TO" place 100% of the time with guaranteed FAIR prices...a place where the staff understands our enthusiastic motorcycling needs and keeps certain high repeatably bought parts readily available...I imagine that kind of place would definitely want our business...is there such a place?...is it possible?...just wondering....

I just installed the 02 mirrors this afternoon and what a different it makes!!!! They are lower and smaller plus the back view is 100% improved.Makes the front of the bike look much smother. Expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion.

Ozzy--I do not know how to do this. I took a bunch of digital photos for my wallpaper but I have no idea how to post. I road it yesterday and not only do the mirrors look great (smaller, lower, and they have a kind of triangle facing outward) but you can see behind you a lot better.

Earl...To post pics you have to join an image hosting site like printroom.com or snapfish.com. It's free. Then you download your pics to them. Then you click on the pic till you can't click on it anymore, copy the url into your post with (img) before the url,use square brackets, and [/img] after the url and with no spaces and that should get you there. -ZXtra
