motor swap in the 12

I have a 2002 ZX12...

Does anyone know what needs to be done to put a 2000 motor in a 2002 ZX12?

Does the wiring match up without any mods?

Which ecu do I use?

Did you experience any problems?

What was the difference between the 2002 and 2000 motor after swap?

Thanks for all your comments!!!

You'll need to change the heads out. The 2002 has a different mounting point for the motor.

You'd do better to find a 2002 or newer motor to swap out than the hodge podge you're considering.

You will need to use the 00 wiring and ecu and the 02 TB's unless you use an 00 tank. Thier where 135 changes from 00 to the 02.
