coxracing radiator guard

Have any of you purchased the coxracing radiator guard for the 12R?...good/bad fit?...good/bad air flow?...does it affect the water temp any?...I'm hoping that its all 'good'...I'd like to get one...anything's better than what's happeneing to the naked radiator out front...
