The rush
Humbled a 12 cylinder BMW Sunday. He was a good sport, and gave me a Hi-5 as we both exited the freeway. Bet he was wondering how a $10k machine could beat his $100k masterpiece. It's been awhile since I've done that, and I throughly enjoyed the rush...

I like racing cars , especially stock ones , like mustangs or camaros, . Race them from a standing red light and as soon as it hits green; I like to take off and pick the bike in one wheel all the way to 90 and murder them with 2 and 3 . They think they can beat us and get real upset when a motorcycle beats em up like that. I also like racing those Fast and Furious wanna be's .

East Bay Dave put it best a while back..."Like a Ferrari in a sea of golf carts."
Heh heh, use that one all the time with my Harley ridin friends.

In the same light knowing you are in the top tier of fast machines on the road, I am so tired of all the little Dodge Neons and Honda Civics out there who really think they are faster than you out there.
I like to maintain their speed, watch as they shift gears upward, next thing you know your both going about 125 or so, give or take.
That Neon is so rapped up in sixth gear at that point, and I'm in second with a fistful of torque ready to throw down at that point...
So I give it a handful at that point, passing it like it is standing still, and I always do the exxagerated head snap back to make it look like there is ooooh soooo much power...haha good times.

I've ran into a couple of supercharged cars in the free way also, and again the bike is so much easier to move through traffic than the cars no matter how fast or supercharged they are. Its more fun when they try to race you and you just leave them them stuck in traffic traying to catch up with you.I've also heard of this dude in a Honda S2000 turbocharged doing 9 flats???is he bullshitting me or what?? I told him to show me some time slips to believe his a$$

LOL - keep in mind that some of those "racer" guys just want to see what the fabled zx-12 has . I had a guy pull up next to me in a worked Mustang, we raced from one light to the next (about 3/4 mile??) when we stopped at the next light, he pulled down his window - I expected him to say "WTF are you riding"... instead he said "WHOA!! I knew that bike was faster than my car, I just wanted to see by how much!". I think a lot of them already know the truth.

Yes, in many cases, I believe you're right. However, there's always the punk who is begging for a lesson

I was riding next to a Ferrari 575M a few months ago. I was tooling along at about 80 in 6th admiring his car, when he sees me, downshifts and gets on it. I downshifted to second and blew past him. Afterwards he waved and I gave him a thumbs up. The car was dark metallic blue with a tan interior. Absolutely gorgeous. Not all that quick though

...I repeatedly and effortlesly spanked a Mitsu EvolutionV this morning on the freeway during some 70mph+ roll-ons with my 'slightly modified' 127K mile LT-1 Caprice CopCar...can't give you indicated speeds, though...it was 'elevated' and illegal in most states...and that Evo had more wings than KentuckyFriedChicken

Thats a good one worn hole , I bet you'll win every race against anybody out there , Hell even if a Ferrari F50 pulls up to you I bet youll take him too. Those Chevrolet Caprice cars for the law enforcement are pretty fast ,my guessing must be that those tower of lights (blue and red)have some kind of twin turbos disguised into them.
