Buuurrr!!!! The Windy City I think that Chicago is a little colder than where we live but either way it's freakin' cold.

ZX12Girl, I'd have to say Detroit and Chicago are REAL close as far as ass frezzein temps in the winter. Used to make a weekly ( for 5 years ) trip out of Florida to Detroit and unload at the Fort street market (I think thats what it was ,been awhile,Exit 45 on I-75) or the other produce market ( can't remember name,but I remember the place REAL well). Then a day later was in Chicago or Wis. to reload. Can vividly remember stand on the dock in Detroit at about -10 many a early morning. About the only differance I can recall is in Detroit the wind is blowing MOST the time and Chicago it is blowing ALL the time. Both even get their share of lake-effect weather. The only thing else to say is Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. .

I wintered over in upper state NY, near Syracuse. That was frickin' cold! -40, with lake effect dumps of what, two feet in a single night??

yeah, it gets a little nipply here in Wisconsin too. I've seen it as cold as -60 (with windchill). THAT is fuckin' cold!!!

I wasn't bitching at all....I was just making fun of everyone who doesn't have 75 degree weather every day of the year. I'll make more fun come January.
