What are your opinions on which bike is "better". ZX12R or Busa? Im talking about long motorway journeys.

It would have to be the ZX 11 (for those long journeys) or the new ZZR 1200. As the ZX12 and Busa's eat back tires every 1000 miles($ cha ching $ up here in Canada ) and no center stand to lube or adjust chain(long journeys) plus both 12 & 13 suck more fuel,(long journeys) the Blackbird is no slouch and capable but feels too tame and the FJ 1300 is not on these shores and slow anyway, these are in my opinion the best sport tourers on the road today from the Japanese 4, but to each their own and ride what you can afford to maintain properly and insure properly. Enjoy.
ps if time and money where not a factor then I'd have them all (except the FJ 1300)don't like it...
