Hindle support sucks
Fuck Hindle, I am though with the rotten scandrals, They don't have a Phone # on website for contact.
They direct you to parts unlimited for parts. Which I live in bum fuck, I called parts unlimited Brock Davidson in Dayton and his man I need to contact is at Pro-Star race.
I have no support for the product or any ways to get parts for the product.

12:18 Friday and I cant speak to anybody for parts on my pipe.

I need the muffler 2.25 dia, For Step Race Pipe.
I wish I had a Muzzy pipe right now, At least I know I could talk to someone. And get fucking support.

Have you called Street and Competition in Troy New York? 518-279-4598??
How did you end up with a Step system and No muffler? This is a Race Only Item that they make the exact same number of Mufflers for the exact same number of systems. If you fell off and went Boom, then you need to contact the "People" you bought the system from Hindle does not sell to the Public and does not deal with the Public the same way Parts Unlimited does. Street & Competition does sell to the Public. If you bought this from someone that did not have the Muffler, then that is on you. If this is a Brock Davidson System and you did not buy it from him, he may not sell you a muffler unless you have the name of the Original purchaser! He uses a very special Muffler than you cannot get from anywhere except him and he know everyone that bought his system so if you have a regular step tube and are trying to get his muffler, you will not have an easy time of it! Let us know what exactly is your situation is, then maybe you can get help. Right now, you are standing in the middle of the wilderness and yelling Fire and no one can see where they need to put the water!

Yep I am in the wilderness and yep I am yelling fire Vince because there is no support for a race system.
It was not a Brock Davidson assy. I contacted him because he is on Hindles website as a dealer for their pipe. Since he is in Ohio I hoped I could get in the car and go get the muffler from him. I would think he has access to all Hindle parts since the website lists him as a dealer.
I tryed to contact the folks who sold it to me and I get a recording, The phone has been diconnected. Out of bussiness.
Vince I have owned the pipe for two years. The muffler was damaged in trailer during transport,
I just want another muffler, Why should that be a big deal?
Parts unlimited has no online catolog either.
And here I stand in the wilderness yelling Hindle support sucks. I will call New York to see if they can help.

might I direct you to one of the many high quality exhaust manufacturer who support this site? I would hazard a guess that if you were to "tone it down" a little (maybe a lot) I would suspect one of them would make a canister for you.

Seeing Fish's Post, Spencer Cycle (who does support this site) also sells Hindle exhaust. The reason I suggested "Street and Competition" is they are a Distributor and opposed the Spencer that sells them and would more likely have to order the muffler and opposed to having them in "Stock".
After thinking about this for a while, Fish are you saying that he should put a Muzzy or TiForce muffler on his Hindle Exhaust? Or are you saying that if anyone has a problem with anything that is not sold on this site to not ask about it or anyone suggest where they can resolve it?

Hey I say it like it is. I don't have a parts unlimited catolog, And everybody I contacted with a parts unlimited catolog says the muffler assy is not in there catolog. I company I bought my exhaust from is out of bussiness MotoTec Northwest,
So after hours of research and dead end responses my tone reflects my state of mind towards Hindle. I never had no use for parts unlimited. Since I cant see what they carry.
Hindle has the parts of the muffler on there website. I need the end cap and the wrap, But you cant order directly from Hindle, Hopefully Brock Davidson can come though tomorrow, It was Pro Star weekend in Indy so I am sure I will be able to find something out tomorrow from Brock.
Thanks Don, I am calling Brock tomorrow and maybe he can fix me up.
It should'nt be this damn hard to support an exhaust system. Its only a muffler like matt said"

Vincent, Hindle has chosen Parts Unlimited to be their sole provider for Hindle products, When you order Hindle, Parts Unlimited is the middle man,
The only way to order directly from Parts Unlimited is to be a Parts Unlimited dealer. Your dealership or contact is going though Parts Unlimited to get parts from Parts Unlimited which gets the parts from Hindle.
Hindle has distanced itself from the customer. With Parts Unlimited being the buffer between them.
I make order though Dealership, Dealership takes a cut$$$
Dealership orders from Parts Unlimited, Parts Unlimited takes a cut, $$$
Parts Unlimited orders from Hindle, Hindle Corp, Takes a cut for profit margin,$$$
Three cuts for profit and the item has to be shipped maybe from Hindle to Parts Unlimited, And then to my Dealership, So now UPS/Fed X hits me two times for shipping $$$ the same part.
UPS, Hindle, Parts Unlimited, Dealership, Four companys taking a cut $$$$ on my one damn part,
Now thats just plain stupid Hindle.

Outalaw, you are wrong again, "Street & Competition" in Troy New York is there "Origianal" importer and Parts Unlimited USA is their 2nd Importer. I told you to check them first because they do deal with the public and can get everything Hindle makes. When Hindle in at Daytona, that is where he hangs out! SO Wrong again!
