Decision: Either New 2000 or New 2001 for $9700 (Help)
Gotta a choice --- red or green 2000 new or a 2001 ZX12 Silver for $9700.
help a grown man......make a decision.

2000 first...
If you can score a NEW 2000 (what ever color you want... I prefer the faster GREEN), I'd get it over the 2001. You wouldn't be disappointed with any of the 3.

I would get the 2001 and buy the "Bonneville Box" from Muzzy that defeats the speed limiter. It costs $90. I think the 2001 has an improved clutch and is not involved in the recall for the gas tank and fuel gauge.

Check eBay
There are brand new '00 and '01 from dealers on Ebay, so check there before buying anything. You will have to factor shipping but it won't be more than $600, and probably more like $400.
