Ok, that is now the newest, longest sentence I've seen.
Welcome Brian. If anyone has a picture of the "end of sentence doo-hickey", please post it. It looks like this>>>> .

Honestly Brian, there aren't any "secrets" to making the bike faster.

You've got the main things for any bike. (pipe, PC3/PC3R, lowered, sprockets, etc)
You didn't mention how much timing you use, or where you got your map, your power seems a little low for a 2001.

The only other mods/knowledge now are these:

A. Practice, Practice, Practice
B. Do not make multiple back to back runs, you will warp your steel clutch plates. (20 - 40 min btn runs, tip bike to right when stopped/in gear to get oil on plates, use fan btw runs if you can)
C. Oiling modifications to clutch assembly. (do you have a Muzzy clutch kit and basket?)
D. Synth oil, Nutec race gas.
E. Remove Kleen Air crap.
F. Rear shock settings. soft compress, hard rebound.
G. manual switch for the cooling fan

Anyone else got anything to add here??
Seems like I'm forgetting something.......

PS, Your times and mph are pretty good for just starting. What do you weigh? 180-200?

Which can lead to clutch basket failure.

oops made 22 passes in 3hrs. last week.I dont know what kind of clutches I have. Sorry for being so simple minded in typing.
What, and where is the Kleen Air crap you mentioned above?
How do I check or set my timing?
How, and what do I do to the TPS voltage?
Friend of mind is making 188 RWHP with the same set up accept he has Muzzy exhaust. Thanks alot for the help!
