What is the Diameter of the Intake & Exhaust Valve?
I measured 28.3 MM (1.114 inches) exhaust and 34 MM (1.338 inches) Intake. The reason I asked is the exhaust I measured is bent one from my engine and the Intake was measured with the valve in the seat (Read did not put it in the vernier caliper) I am having some new pistons made (Not JE, Wiseco or JE) and need to make sure and want a second opinion.
If I cannot get one, then I will have to remove some valves and measure again, Thanks!

Intake 1.312" exhaust 1.110"
intake lift .310" exhaust lift .295"

Thanks Y2K I had a feeling I was off on the intake and .025 is a lot, The .004 on the exhaust would not be a problem because a little extra metal removed for the size of the valve, but .025 on the intake would cause .0125 larger radius which after adding .050 would be more than I need.

VH, thats as measured on my valves on an 00. I didnt check what the book claims them to be.
If you are designing a piston for your application then you should go at least .015" deeper than factory on the valve pockets on the intake side. You can reduce the exhaust pockets by .020" or so, to regain static compression on the larger intake reliefs.
And maybe drop the pin .010" It has several bennifits, and few drawbacks.

I am going .150 on the intake and .180 on the exhaust and .050 radial clearance on the valvehead. Mine is an 00 also and the "Manual" only has "Seat" Specs, not valve specs
