When did your 12 Wake up?

I took the bike out last weekend, on my way home I noticed that it was lofting the front wheel in 1st gear at 3k until I shifted. Being that this just started that night (the bike has 7500 miles) I'm assuming that the bike is offically broken in. Thought it was the cool night air, but it now lofts the front all the time (after 4 years). I was just wondering if this was about the mileage when everyones bike "broke in"

your bike did not wake up you just found out how to twist your wrist harder and you now have more throttle control
now to make a shift and keep it up at 70mph in second

Maybe it did. I noticed around 2500 that my bike started running
a little stronger and cleaner. Kinda like you just drop the Mrs off and went for another ride. No changes it just started running free.
I makes no sense but I felt it.

At 7500 miles when I did the first valve adjustment, the 12 ran better than the first day I bought her. 23,000 miles and she is still running as strong as she was at 7500.

Faster but a lot cooler

I noticed a real big change in temperature after breaking in - not cos I was riding it easier, but around town the thing used to fry my legs - after about 500okm no more BBQ'd buttocks.
And it goes like shit off a shovel anyway, but 3000rpm wheelies I haven't seen unless you're a bit on-off with the juice.

Bigju,
I'm to the point where I do the Gap trips and usually about 10-15 track days. It is just hard for me to get at all interested in riding in the Chicagoland area. Unless of course I knew you where going to be somewhere. I just picked her up from 4&6 today.
Let me if you have any rides planned.
