BEWARE, Guess What I found?
I'm doing my suspension today. Replace the shock all goes well. Then I remove the forks. I drain the rt side out, nice yellow fluid. I drain the lf side. A Grey slurry of metal pours out. F%$#@.

Lube...I hate when you find things like that.  At least you have it off the bike so it can be taken apart and checked.
I've read that there are handling benefits to be gained by changing your fork oil after the first year. The oil apparently becomes contaminated from initial wear. After the first year, the amount of wear lessens.  -ZXtra

I bought the Race Tech gold valve and springs for my weight. And had them rebuild the rear shock. So we'll see.
