Steve, ask your cousin Harry about his case of whiplash. (no not from "power blowing" the winos on Court Square ) I didn't mean to hit him that hard after he came to a complete stop in the shutdown area, but I realized afterwards I was going about twice as fast as I should've been. Harry was PISSED!!!! But he knew I didn't mean to hit him that hard.
