experimental motorcycle = trike
Hello all.
I am building an experimental motorcycle for a costumer and before I finish it I want to have a hold harmless document for him to sign before he takes delivery of the bike.
Basally it needs to release me and my fabrication shop from all liability if any thing goes wrong and it crashes.

just FYI those things can almsot always be beat in court unfortunately. maybe your area is better than others, but i wouldnt rely on the release too much if an accident were to go to court.
as far as finding a boiler plate release, just do a quick google search and you should find plenty. you can always take one from another company and jsut edit it to suit your needs.

find an insurance company and take out a manufacturers all risk policy on the thing.
