Ti Pipes: Anti-Seize Compound?

A question for those of you with experience with Ti exhaust systems.

Should I use anti-seize compound in the slip joints when installing my new Ti header and pipe? The Arata rep says not to worry about it. I'm not so sure.

Opinions? If it's deemed necessary, is there a particular brand or type I should be looking for? I know that Loctite sells an anti-seize that is available at auto parts stores.

Thanks, all.

I wouldnt worry about it. More than likely you'll get some carbon buildup at the joints anyway...so if you need to take them apart in the future...just shoot some PB blaster or WD40 in there and clean the carbon off with a green scotchbrite pad.

OK.....on the other thread, Vincent Hill is recommending a high-temp copper silicone. Any thoughts?

OH Oh, I just realized that this is a Titanium system! (As soon as you said Honda, I remember the problems that Honda had at daytona! Use the antiseize because your system is TI. The HI Temp is for Stainless and regular steel!
