yep...
Mike has lost OVER 75 pounds and is still trying to lose more. You have to give him props because it's not an easy thing to do. Take it from someone who is reforming their lifestyle after many years of not giving a fuck, it ain't easy. Especially when you are a naturally big guy as Mike and I are. Both of us are 6'4",big framed, and raised in the south eatin' only home cooked meals. You think this ol' boy ain't eat a pan or 3 of cornbread in his day??? What,.... you think I ain't eat a few truckloads of chicken deep fried in hog lard???? Lots of "stick to your ribs" type food.  We know a thing or two 'bout some beans and taters too. 
I'd kill for a "mess" of my grandmas fried chicken right now!!!! Colonel Sanders never had shit on Granny!!!

That is good news. It is just plan healther for bot of you. I too am down about 30 pounds since the last trip.

wel fuk all you all HEALTHY mofo's...since the last gap trip I have put on 30 lbs. I got off the desert diet and started eating again.....dam McD's is killin me I tell ya.....lol

30lbs. is pretty easy to gain if you aren't careful. Micky D's will certainly do it for ya. A Big Mac and fires would kick ass about now.

lol....I was 204 before I left for the desert, I came back about 170 lbs....now I am back up to 195.....I need to get down to about 180, Ilike that weight, I felt good, adn my pants fit.....lol
