It's been an expensive spring for the bike. As I posted a few days ago I decided to drop some money on on riding this year. I just added it up and it's a lot.

Indeed it was swft, and much needed the ol lid of mine had some 100,000 miles on it and a few drops onthe pavement. Wouldn't done any good for me if I'd have needed it.

I was just thinking about this Otis - I need some tires/plugs/breaks too (and I bought a new Arai this year). Damn. Oh well, price of admission I guess!

It is the price of admission. I just paid late. I should have had the power commander years ago and I cerainly should have updated my helmet and leathers years ago too. Oh, well. It's well worth it.
I just got back from Sam's Club and they had the awesome garage stool, with a padded seat and hydraulic lift with a tray for tools and whatnot under the seat. Very cool, only $20.

I have tried to resist, but Otis is one of the few people here that can afford to take care of his bike, Me on the otherhand and to "Sell" some parts to buy food for the family! ____________
