Fish, are you saying that a brand new PCIIIR is not going to be a good product or I won't get customer service if I need it? I chose, as I mentioned up front, to buy a new one because with electronic products I'd rather purchase it from a company where I know I'll have recourse if something goes wrong. This of course, in my eyes, means no disrespect to you, I'm just a business man who likes contracts more than handshakes.

I thought this was a no-brainer, but if I EVER share information with you guys in person, or via email, unless I tell you otherwise it is confidential.
The site and it's reputation are based on our ability to protect people's personal information. People who know me know I dont give out info about anyone, no names or #'s... if you talk to me consider it like talking to your priest ( ) or a lawyer/ doctor etc. Otis has violated this and needless to say I am STEAMED.
