venting - fukken adolescent developers
Labusas is a great group of people and I am not new to it. BUT! This horsehit with multiple sites and log in bullshit BLOWS. Issue solid product or none.
Don't get all fukken sanctimoius on me, I deal with IT developers all the time and this is a classic example of poor application planning and worse execution.
That LAB needed a replacement site was obvious and well explained. Issuing alpha product is bullshit,
Get yr act together web guys. We don't need every goddamn bell & whistle, we need a reliable place to post porn and discuss odd stuff sometimes even including bike stuff.
Go ahead, flame away, web kittens, you are being had, :mad I can't even post my bitch there till I get to my "real email.

Once again, goddamn LAB's experts have brought it to its knees "anyone else getting a "Forbidden" message?????
I think that Duc doesn't even own a bike and that the LA bunch is fictitious. Duc is really a grad student in Psyche and is doing an experiment on disfunctional web users...

The issues are deep over there.... we have offered them our assistance..... one day when they are ready they will ask....
we have a pretty bullet-proof site on a real machine...
You just have to pay for your bandwidth... thats all..

i wouldnt expect so much entropy. yes, it sounds like a shodily run project, but it aint like someone hired a company to do it. its bein done fer free as i understand, & undoubtedly on free time. testing this kinda shit takes FOREVER, the easiest way to test it is just to let people loose on it. even MS & other companies do that w beta testing. but no doubt, its annoying.

Dont thank me for that.... you guys should really be thanking freek and thanking Maddog even more.... maddog doesnt even ride... he just helps cuz we bug his ass so much... it's because of him that we have rackspace, backups etc etc etc...
