Help me on this exhaust thing....
I know Muzzy is best for the 12... But the many little mouths I have to feed won't allow my money to go for a muzzy. What System other than Muzzy is good for the 12 and my pockets?

Jardine makes only Bolt-On's for the 12. I may have some left from testing if you're in need of a deal. You'll gain a few hp, it'll sound bitchin, and you'll save about 6 or so lbs. As a matter of fact, I think I've got a carbon fiber one with very few miles on it. Looks like new. $100.

best deal in town there Marv....I know this isnt a popular system on the board, but the Micron sounds good and is fairly light, adn one of the best looking systems IMO.....I run the Micron race system on my 6RR and it run me $660....advantages of having a brother that is a Micron dealer....I need to get back with him to get the Hyperpro sterring damper and a PCIII for the 6.....just ordered the braided brakelines and pads for it, and the double bubble windsheild ofr it, then I need a set of rearsets, and it will be pretty much done...ready for a day in the mountains or on the track.....heheheh

Whatever you want. I'll change the core for you. I'd recommend the race core. The street core is quieter, but it really doesn't do much for power on the 12.

Dang that Jardine deal is hella good! My friend had dual Jardines on his RC51 and they were really nice.
And I agree with swft about the D&D...seems like everyone and their lil R6's around town have those and talk about obnoxious! Sheesh I hate that sound.

IMHO, Hindle is by far and away the best bang for the buck. Almost half the cost of competing systems and has similar performance and quality. How similar will always be up for debate, but if money was a serious controlling factor on what type of exhaust I'd get for a 12R, Hindle would be my choice.
If it was a MAJOR factory, I'd take KB's deal in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, I'd probably take KB's offer and then save up for a full system to be installed later.

hey kb...thats a hella nice picture. i got some great shots of that bike at 2002 seattle mc show....but its just so sad to see a bike that nice in the back of an s10, come on now lol
