OT Final on
She never got her job back and now they are fighting her on Unemployment insurance. She has replied that if what she did was so bad, then why did they continue to have her work there for over 2 weeks after the fact. Second, she states that once the store was ready to open, then they fired her after they had gotten all of the "Work" they wanted out of her. So she was not fired for "Cause", but for Greed! I am glad that she does not work there because it is better to find out how people are before you have spent years on the job than after! ALso I have told her to keep a pad of paper to doodle on and stop carring so much about how others are working and just do your job and go home!

Where she live? With as many folks as there are on this board someone gotta be able to provide her a lead or two. Lets just get her a new job.

The Problem is, Toledo does not have many of Any Kind of jobs (Good or bad.) The thought is appreciated and the good news is, I think the longest she has ever been unemployed (since age 16) is about 4 months.
