I just got a new Hindle race pipe with a 20" Ti can from Spencer Cycle. I have not installed it yet (too many big plans still in the works), but from what I have seen, it looks good. The can weighs almost nothing (the whole system is supposed to weigh 8 lbs, I think....I will have to weigh it before installation) and has a BIG freaking hole through it. Nice welds, smooth bends, etc. The biggest Irony? Hindle is a Canadian company, and yet I got a Waaaaay better deal from Spencer cycle than what I could have gotten in Canada.

Cool i probably go that way myself, although i am going to have to read a few past posts and figure out which one to get, as i understand there are 3 versions. Is your what everyone calls a stepped hindle, or the normal , and as i guess the 3rd one is the brock?

Mine is the stepped pipe version. The third one you mentioned is available from Brock Davidson, and IF I have gleened the right information from past posts, the diference is that the OEM Hindles have a divider plate between the cylinders at each of the collectors (there are 3 collectors). The word on the street is that removing those collector plates will gain 2mph at the top end of the quarter mile. I have no personal knowledge of this.

ZZXX. I am really glad that you do not have to go through more! You got lucky. You also know what pipe I use.

ok , i just want to bring an end to this story. Well i shipped back those torch cut pipes on March 29th and finally on Sat april 17th i got my account credited. Of course they only credited me the purchase price, not the 104.00 bucks return postage or the 25.00 currency exchange cost. But at least i didnt lose 1300.00 and wind up with junk.
