every rider on that track no matter who sponsors them or dont, has just as much right as anyone else to be on the track doing his thing....I hate it when big name rider/sports figure/actors, think they are better than the average joe and act as Yates did. I think that fines and penalties for action of this nature , or any offensive nature should carry a much stiffer sentance. 25 grand isnt gonna hurt Yates at all, but missing 4 or 5 races will.....same thing with pro sports figures........
