that's some good shit there ninjaman. i can only imagine how hard it must be to pull oneself off an addiction, but it's gotta be pretty tough. & i _know_ it aint easy to live a healthier life cause i'v been trying for years and havent had any real success. just too much work for my lazy ass. so i got mad respect for anyone who can pull that off.

quote-quote by Ninja buttplug-I think it's called suckalotofdickotosis, commonly found in dyersburg, tenn males that have a backgound in licking sausages.
I work on acft so I don't smoke when I'm employed in this profession.I would be smoking if not subject to random urinalaysis but I'm not losing my job cause I lit one up.I wish tey would legalize it though.

How about a category for: "I used to smoke the shit out of it but I got the the 'noids too bad?"
And "Legalize it and tax the fuck out of it" vote for me, too.
I used to smoke as well - almost a pack a day. It wasn't easy to stop but MAN did I feel better!
My GF is currently on and off the cig wagon. I hope she's able to put 'em down for good. She has chest pains and whatnot - I mean, damn. Her body is sure as hell talking to her. She better listen.
Bill, I'm sorry to hear that. And at 50. My grandfather and grandmother both smoked all the time. My grandfather passed away at 80 and had a rather tough time in his passing - I'm sure the smoking helped in that department. Now my grandmother is VERY unhealthy. She quit when she more or less just couldn't do it anymore.
As a kid I hated visiting them. My clothes stank for days, there was always a cloud in the house from smoke. It took a couple of days for me to air out. So, consequently I didn't really like to go spend time with them at all - and I didn't. Kinda sad, really.
Anyway - my grandmother on my mother's side (who never smoked) is 90 and still running around like she's a spry 70! Hope I have those genes!
