Poll Question: How much does everyone pay for a gallon of gas??
So how much does everyone pay for super high octane (91, 92, or higher) per gallon of gas?
Every time I fill my tank, it's like another heart attack occurring...prices here in Pullman are pushing a few pennies under $2 @ gallon.
For you Canadian folks who do litres (I think)...adjust accordingly lol....I dont know how to make this English/Metric friendly.
Now I will try my moderator mirror powers on this thread, but we'll see if I can get it to work.
Poll Results:
16 votes (15%)
less than $1.69
8 votes (7%)
$1.70 - $1.79
7 votes (6%)
$1.80 - $1.89
19 votes (17%)
$1.90 - $1.99
59 votes (54%)
$2.00 or more

it was as low as US$2.40 a couple days ago tho. it jumps around ALOT in these parts.

I was trying to mirror it over to the ZX-10R and ZX-12R board as well. Fish pm'd me a while back explaining how I can mirror a thread, but it doesnt work...I just keep getting this error message no matter everything I try:
"Sorry, but you are not authorized to moderate this board."
I got the sticky stuff workin', just not the mirror stuff.

Over here we can pay(provided we don't get the military thing) $1.38 a liter, or a little over $5.00 a gallon. So it sucks to run out of gas rations.

Most of the pumps around here say 93. But who knows what it really is. Maybe our octane is higher because our gasoline is fresher(?). One of the largest refineries around is about 300 yds. away from my office.

I wish....
...I wish I could pay your US gas prices!
With the current exchange rate our UK gas costs approx £3.60/gallon, which in turn is about $6.50/gallon give or take a few cents. I spend about $90/week on the car and about $35/week on the bike.
I take it your US gallons are smaller than UK Imperial gallon, approx 4.5 litres to 1 gallon here.
Our standard octane ratings are 95 for regular and 98 for Super.

GAS GAS GAS
Up here in ME, it can run from 1.69 to 1.99 for 87/93 depending on how cold it is. Heating oil prices are so high that people are burning diesel in there furnace.

If you're in Vegas some of the gas stations carry race gas. I was told it's because there's so many off road cars/trucks/bikes. A friend tried some in his stock bikes when we were there and it made no difference, except to his wallet!!

Here in Alabama I am looking at about 1.75 for 93. Not too bad after looking at you guys but I have never seen anything higher at a service station; (would love to be able to pull up and put some 95 in) only seen higher at a track.
