TPS setting.

On my power commander my TPS is at 0 at idle and at 102 at 100% Is this normal? Thanks.

You have to use the "adjust TPS" setting before you upload you map (while the bike is connected to the computer..) Make sure your TPS is in it's stock factory setting (ie: you didnt adjust it manually... if you did reset it to it's factory values first)

TPS Setting?

Why would it matter that you set the TPS to the factory setting before Calibrating the Throttle Range with the PCIIIR? If the TPS is optimized for the sweet spot, it should be good.... and the PCIIIr only needs to know where the throttle grip is... which is done by calibrating it?????

jessz1, factory setting is 1.084~1.086 vdc output voltage.

PS,The shop manual states engine warmed up thoroughly and idle speed set to 1000rpm then measure with engine off.
