Are you talking about pulling the rotor off the end of the crank? If so, My crank on my 2002 12 was a 20mm x 1.5 thread pitch bolt. I couldn't find a bolt that size at any local hardware store. Luckily we have our own machine shop where I work so I just made one on a lathe. I found a larger american size bolt and turned it down and re-threaded it in metric. Then I just used an impact wrench to pull it.
Hope this helps you out,

this is an internal threaded puller on a 00-01.
Threads on the rotor and then a smaller bolt runs in and pops if off the crank.
20mm was nowhere close

I looked up the fiche and you are right. The 00-01 are different from the 02-03.
Sorry I couldn't help.
