...just how much better is it with the new fuel delivery system and radial brakes and whatever else Kawasaki did to it?...would you die-hard 12R fans get another one for your stable?...is it worth?...I love the smell of NEW MOTORCYCLE in the morning...it smells like debt...(hey!...that's another signature! )

Ihavent ridden one yet Wom, but given the chance I think it would be a touch better than the previous years model. The brakes have always been the weakest point of my ZX12R, I am going to put Steel braided brake lines and some new HH+ pads on it front and rear. I have the Radial brakes on my 03 ZX6RR and they are far better than the brakes on my 01 ZX6R ever thought of being....Will I sell my 02 and run out and buy and 04....no.....but if I could get a set of forks off an wrecked 04 I would, and put those on my 02....and be happy as a pig in shit......

i'd have to see how the 10 fits me. if it's acceptably comfy for trips of 3 to 5 hours, i'd stick with the 10. otherwise, it's an 04 12r for me (assuming of course i win the lottery first). of course i'd want to lighten up the 12 a bunch. u'd have a biek the same weight as the 10 but more power & more room. sounds good to me!

the 12 the same weight as a 10....only with Cf frame and wheel, full Ti exhaust, adn all unnecessary equipment stripped.....oh yeah and a CF tank and body work...ya might get close...for that price you could buy both and have the best of both worlds.....

I've heard by many that just lighter wheels and a properly set-up suspension works wonders on how a stock 12R 'feels'....so, if Kawasaki saw fit to include the lighter 10R-type wheels and the Ti 10R-type exhaust on the 'next-generation' 12R (13R???? ), it'd be a very nice 'stock' bike indeed for us 'larger folk', yes?

The Brembo brake kit did wonders for the handling/feel of the bike by themselves - I would imagine that some a/m wheels would only improve on that.
