My bed Room Caught On Fire Today Luckily there wasn't much damage, but everything was covered with soot. The whole apartment will have to be painted.

...we had a call tonight about some guy parked at a freeway rest-stop...tired...smoking a cig in the driver's seat...nodded off...lit cig dropped from his drooling mouth and fell between his legs...lit cig lit up the seat...FIRE!!!!...2nd and 3rd degree burns on his body....see?...smoking is bad for you....

Hey, that's a good point...Let's say you're tied up in typical LA or SF traffic. You've been sitting there for half an hour, not moving...And the fucker in the car next to you is smoking one of those horsecock sized stogies, drooling and slobbering over it like he's making a b grade mexican porno movie...Isn't that considered smoking in a public place?

I don't live there yet, the little furniture that I have was there, but not my clothe.
The element in the base heater fell out and set the crapet on fire. I don't have renter's insurance, but the maintenance supervisor said they put new carpet in the bed room and paint the whole apartment again. I am not sure about the furniture though.
I took for ever to kid rid of the soot from inside my nose. I am not sure how well the furniture will be cleaned.

The maintenance manager was apologizing and say that he's never seen this before. I kept telling him that it's not his fault and that I am so glad I got there when I did.
