Sorry, I just don't get it.... I've been seeing them quite a bit on cars. Saw one a Busa around here. I't will be "interesting" to see what happens to them (company) when someone (maybe like a child), sticks their hand in there out of fascination (they haven't learned to be stupid yet) with a spinning shiney thingie..... Having something external/exposed continuing to move/spin on a stopped vehicle, is just plain dangerous. JMO

In my opinion, spinning wheels look nice on cars and trucks , but removing one rotor on the front wheel to install a spinning gadget is not a good idea. Maybe for someone who does 60MPH driving all the time, but cutting in half your front baking power is a lil nuts for some one who is riding pretty fast. Well maybe theyre just show bikes and dont drive their bikes hard. If that is so Im cool with it .
