I own a '02 1K that has lots of engine work 3mm bore and 4mm stroke, hence the name 1143. I love my bike, but I have to say, "there is NO replacement for displacement." My bike is fast. 8.90's in the 1/4mile on motor, but as I stated before. No replacement for displacement. The 'Busa or 12 has NO friends above 150 miles per hour. I mean NO friends. I dont own a 12, or a 13. But I have ridden them. The way they pull in 6th gear in awsome. I had to put in about $6000 for my bike to do that. For corners.....go with the thou, and for all out power, go with the bigger displacement 12 or 13. Good luck in finding what you want. And by the way....NOS makes everything go faster! lol

I am running a full TI Akropavich, with carbon canister, the carbon matches my all black paint job. I am running an adams 3-9 adjustible that puts me about 62.5 inches at full lenght. I also have a 1/4 throttle that lets me get to full throttle quickly. An MPS electric shifter and back cut gears allows for quick shifts without using the clutch after the launch. I will go with 60" this year and shoot for 8.60's with the NOS. I have two extra sets of 3mm over JE pistons modified from 13.1 to 12.1 for lower compresion, Just incase I get a hole somewhere. If I could post pics....I would, but I don't know how to reduce them enough to post. Sweet looking bike though.

I've got mine in about 30 pieces in the shop. I'm going to bore and stroke it,balance and blueprint it, and back to the flow bench, then on to the dyno to see what happens.I ran across some ideas that i thought I would like to try. Then I'm going to carbon it out and add a few more billet accs. Then I'll get some pictures to the website. Later

Yea Nos I'm in CHICAGO and after checking out the I.M.S. in Rosemont IL I have 2 say this about Suzuki they got it together and they had a racing Giggy 1 tou on display the blu/blk/wht type it was hooked up the KAWASAKI display did not impress me however the ZX10 is going 2 be fierce! and the ZX12r has new radial mount front brakes and the black diamond coating so that is trick but the front fairing is weird! I ordered some new rims today I cracked the rear and bent the front. so that is cutting into my performance fund! but I will b at the very minimum sprayin dry stylefor this season. later oh yea 11 just b nice 2 your lady even if she is trying 2 rip u a new ass! I like my lil ole 1070 with 183/91 pushing 390 lbs and in a few weeks when the rest of the CF bodywork gets here a lil less. FUN FUN FUN! Down low will spin the rear with ease, but tq is low down there compared to you big cc guys are used too. Above 7000 till 12000. BIG GRIN. Will humble a piped 12 or busa with the normal mods no problemo. Well at least till 175 In reality I realize there is no replacement for displacement. The 1k has a window where it can be a lot of fun. I would luv to have a 1361 12 or 1507 Busa with a little nos and about 50-60lbs less pork parked next to it I could switch too when I want some seriuos ass puckering speed.

It takes a lot to get 60 lbs off a ZX12R. Carbon everything, wheels, etc... Could buy a 1K bike for the money it takes.

Yea hey whats up this post is getting blown up!man this season can start already! but u guys in Florida can ride all year! neverdid thatwe get really pumped when it gets warm.man I could use 3 or 4 bikes 1 12 w/big mtr.turbo,n20,6or8 inch.stretch just 2 start with! 1 12 totally striped down like my reg. street bike but even more so would still keep air shifter and it would need killer front brakes this bike would b for stuntin!I think I might have 2 get a Busa! ass well. later MADKAW RACING

I-10 for 75 miles to I-95 South go about 5-6 miles and take the JTB (JT Butler) exit eastbound. Follow till the end, take the northbound exit once you get off the exit the first light turn into the KMart shopping plaza you will see Applebees on your left. Or go to map it :

4194 So. 3rd st
Jacksonville Beach,Fl 32250

Weather looks hit and miss. Balmy 77 now but was raining than cleared up.
