Unless you really uncork the motor with big exhaust, freeflow intake, cam, and much more money, it's not worth deviating from stock ECU settings. Heck, there's enough varience built into the stock computer to compensate for a K&N or like filter. If you were to put a cam in the motor, then you'd need it, but stock? Don't bother.
