ITS 29 DEGREES AND IM STILL RIDIN!
OH YEAH!
I just put my heated Gerbings suit (all components except the socks) on and installed it into the '12 (WHAT A PAIN IN THE ASS - thanks Kawi for the '12's wonderful battery placement). It is increadable! The bike feels SOOO much more powerful in the cold air. I had to chill a bit though, I was scared of ice. I gotta go relax for a bit... I'm taking a longer trip tomorrow - NEVER THOUGHT I'D BE RIDING IN LATE DECEMBER!!!!!!

Been there done that. I try and ride at least once a month No Matter What. The coldest that I have gome riding is 17F and that was a short ride of 27 miles and my fat ass was a freezing. I feel for ya. How was the visibility, every time that I go riding at the lower temps my visor tends to fog up at stop signsand slow speeds.

me too!
It was mid 30's and i had to go. thermals, sweats and leathers made the ride enjoyable. I must admit i was a little timid in the curves.
