Shell Advance Seven Riding Wonders

Shell, the leading lubricants brand is delighted to announce it has renewed the title sponsorship for the 2011 Shell Advance Malaysian Grand Prix for the third year in a row. In Sepang, Shell will also unveil the world' s ultimate Riding Wonder for motorcycles at the conclusion of their "Seven Riding Wonders" search.

We are delighted that Shell Advance has chosen the Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix as the venue for the final of its search for the world's ultimate Seven Riding Wonders and are excited to be a part of the panel that decides the world' s ultimate Riding Wonder."

Throughout this year Shell is encouraging bikers from different parts of the world to vote for their favourite road, route or track, to win the chance to travel to Sepang for the unveiling of the ultimate Riding Wonder. Shell guests will travel to Sepang and join a panel of experts from Ducati Corse, Shell, SIC, DORNA and media from China, India and Indonesia. The shortlisted Seven Riding Wonders, voted for by the public, will be narrowed down to just one at a gala event and one lucky winner will be chosen in Sepang to travel to the ultimate Riding Wonder.

Shell has been a key player in motorcycle racing for over a century. Since accompanying Ducati Corse into MotoGP in 2003, Shell Advance and Shell V-Power have powered and protected the Ducati Desmosedici GP-series en route to 31 wins and the clean sweep of Riders', Manufacturers' and Teams' MotoGP World Championships in 2007.

The Shell Advance Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix will take place at Sepang, Malaysia on 23rd October 2011.
