J.D. Power and Associates will announce the results of the 2009 Motorcycle Competitive Information Study at 11 a.m. ET on Thursday, December 17.



The 2009 Motorcycle Competitive Information Study, now in its 12th year, measures owner satisfaction with new motorcycles by examining five major components of the overall ownership experience: product; quality; cost of ownership; sales; and service.
