Picked up a repo B-King today
Kinda ugly but cool. It had a little over 1800 miles on it. All stock. Takes a little getting the feel of a naked bike again. I am going to take it to test and tune Thursday night and see what it can do stock. This will be my new turbo bike. already has 8 injectors. It can make over 300 RWHP with a 1 to 1 reg. and an ECU flash. I will put some rods, pistons and studs in it and it should be a fun ride. I got it for $5600. Pics of it tomorrow. A new project begins. Very comfortable to ride.

That sounds like a very good price for what you got. Keep us posted on it's transformation and track times please.

Big_T112, I seen a B-King some magazine customized witha tank mod, narrowed it consideraball witha kinds of trick parts. No bullshit it was one of the bestr lloking bikes I've seen. It would be wortha search if you could find it , I don't remember who did it. Awesome though. Good luck, I'm kinda jealous. I love projects like that.

Busabeater2 I registered at that site. waiting to hear back for OK. In preperation for the test and tune 1/8th mile tomorrow night it will have to be lowered. Some trial runs and launches on a back road shows there is no way to keep the front end down. So I dug through my pile of take off dogbones and found a few choices that were a little longer,

The 3rd to the right dogbone is the stock B-King. 1st is one from a 97 Bandit 1200, The next one is from a GSXR1000 and the one to the right of the Stock B-King is a 1998 Kawasaki ZX9R dogbone which is the one I am going to use.
A picture of it when I got it.

I will have a few more pics in a few after I get the front lowered.

When I bought my Monster I sat on one.It was a lot more comfortable than my Ninja.I had cash and they were the same price. It was so close.Sat on one went to the other one.I just couldn't get past the exhaust pipes.I would spend a grand for the 2 bros. But it was limited to 160 and no ferring.
