Tire traction goes away quickly.
It is hard to heat up and will not hold heat long enough.
I will not buy another one.
I have one for sale for $59.95

Damn alright lol. I'll just stick to the 008, the hook up isn't working so well on my track. I was thinking of trying something else but thanks for the advice guys

Can't beat that 008 slick for the price and the tire flat out works ... I had a hookup in mine for a while and it also worked great ..

Have you though about the Mickey Thompson shootout tire? I'm going to try it next as we're doing overnight races once a month now. I've been told by most people that it hooks a little better than a hookup on a marginal track. Not sure if it'll be enough as traction at 2 AM when everything you touch is wet is hard to find. Just a thought.

I have a buddy that has a M/T Shootout and it hooks ok, but it looks like it doesn't last very long. And it is pretty expensive. I will just stick with my Hook Up, of course I rarely ever have to worry about traction at MIR.

I ran one in the past and it hooked great. But didn't last at all and was a VERY expensive tire.

I have one on my bike right now .. It hooks great !!! Love it so far ... But the damn tire is an inch taller than the hookup so i have to add a tooth to rear to get my gearing back .. But it hooked up at 20 PSI !! Pretty darn good if you ask me ..

I'll look into one as well. The bike is on motor now at 70" but I have some extra HP and more WB if needed and a pretty big race is coming up for us. So I might hit it with everything I got but traction is my only issue.
