Good bike, a bit more refined than the ZX11D.

I just sold my 2001 Blackbird, it was an awesome bike.
That Bird took me faster than any other bike I have ridden before or since.

I had a 98 blackbird, I put 85,000 trouble free miles on it. I wrecked it after working a 100 hour week and nearly lost my leg. Working to exhaustion and riding is as bad as drinking and driving, I'll never do THAT again. Sweet ride, I did 130mph+ for an entire tank of fuel in Nova Scotia....+ because i stopped looking at the speedo. A very stable ride. The body work is a bit dated these days ...no?

I was thinking about getting one for a sport turing machine..the 2010 connie is out of my price range..well i am just being cheap..found one for 4600.00 with 10k miles on it...got him to take off 700.00...but is looking to get more off since no one seems interested in it..clean as hell too..

They are not just grey Birds, they are Iron Nail Grey Birds.
Not only are red ones faster but, the red ones handle better too.
