Do you have problems with basic comprehension? This thread is a poll discussing price of the concours 14. If you want to troll, go play in the Smack House.

Not sure if that was directed at me, but I was discussing Concourse pricing, indirectly. My ZX-14 equipped for touring is about $13,200, not counting the seat I will be adding later. If the Concours comes in at $14,000... it's just something to consider. I know the Concours has a lot more than just hard bags and risers, but that was all I wanted, and I'm guessing I'm not alone. Gives some context on where the Concours SHOULD be priced, depending on who's buying.

I don't care how you equip your 14 it will never be like a concours. But some people don't need all that the concours has. I for one would like it, but it has to be beside my 14

VERY Indirectly...

I have a 14. I will continue to have a 14 after I get the big C... Different bikes, both of them great.

Price in Sweden seems to be:
160.000SEK = 22.182USD = 11.635GBP = 17.267EUR.

But motorcycle prices in Europe are way higher than in the US

You know if Kawi cruises this site they will see you would be wiling to pay upwards of $15,000. Watch what price they will come up with.

I'll wind up on a Concourse down the road I'm guessing. Here's how I see my motorcycle progression through retirement if the bikes keep going in the same direction they have been:

ZX-14 - now; ZX-18 - age 40, ZX-22 - age 50; Concourse 25 - Age 60; Goldwing - Age 70

Maybe at 65 I'll be the first senior citizen to break the 300mph mark on a 1,200hp, 180-lb Sport Tourer with a glassy titanium engine block and a 3 ounce frame made from a magnesium-foam alloy. Course it would have to run on Hydrogen to keep the weight down.
