hmmm... appears you were extra careful not to wreck it, and it didn't matter as there were no Yami's Kawi's, or Gixxers on the track to pass

No doubt. Always the best way to ride on the track is using someone's bike other than your own. Never know when the ground may come up and bite you.

fish> i read that review, but i think there are even more amazing bikes than honda with its weak engine (for todays standarts), e.g. 159rwhp vs 170rwhp K7, on same dyno.

+1

where's it at? I've been looking forward to seeing some documentation no matter which bike is up. also include docs that show suspension characteristics, or are we just talking acceleration?

"Ok small update on that graph, just spoke to my dyno guy on phone again and he said the runfile he sent me had a different pipe fitted and the stock motor was 159bhp. Its 11pm here and the dumb turd sent me wrong file."

HP is great for the quarter mile and acceleration, Kawi has always been on top. Kawi fans shy away from suspension and braking which makes a higher performing bike (except maybe in the quarter ~eye-roll, sleepy look~)

and I can come up with any dyno run numbers labeled anyway you like too wtf lol

where are the true tuners with the bike for bike comparison same day same dyno? please post some graphs :P

well... if that's a real graph, that's fantastic HP for a stock literbike! ... even if the kawi ends up making a bit more power (still unknown) the huge weight differences between all the machines will give honda an impressive advantage!

this is not STOCK bike. Can't you read what is posted??

159rwhp against 170rwhp for K7 and probably 175~ rwhp for 08zx10r on _that_ dyno.

Anyway, i'm telling you, lets wait for comparo that will be available LATER and then you'll see. Btw , steve, why do you mention suspension and brakes, etc? You think 08zx10r will have worse suspension than Honda? Exactly opposite. Honda needs to keep up with kawi in suspension department!
