The pics are on the way over as I type.
I had a claims guy out from the insurence company to take a statement last night, so all going well they should cover the bike.
Will let you guys know as it happens

dude,
Thanks for posting them up, it's a bit of a mess alright. Still I walked away unscathed.
hope to hear in the next few days whether I'm covered or not (I was told I was by the company, it's now down to the underwriters)

Good news,
I spoke with the insurance company on Friday and they have agreed to cover my claim.
They are speaking with the dealership to try and reduce the cost for themselves, but that is niether here nor there, the main thing is my bike will be repaired at no cost to me...relief.
Drew,
I hope you don't mind, I sent you another pic, and I you get a chance, was hoping you could post it up. It is one of 105 that were taken of me one the day, and my personal favourite.
The photographer only charges about 40 EUR for this and if I hadn't binned it there would have been about 200 odd.
