engine vibration

Hello everyone,
I have a 2005 gsx-r 1000 and I went for a ride the other day and at the end of my ride i experienced some engine vibration at hi rpm(above 8000). I was riding pretty hard down a curvy road down shifting in the the curves and what not. when I got toward the end of the road on a strait i was really stretching my legs and getting on it. Through further investigation i found the valve cover leaking oil on the timing chain side and a vibration that seems to be coming from the valves or camshaft area. I have 18,800 miles on my bike and had a valve job done at 16,800. Any ideas?
