CMRA/AMA rider, John Haner got hassled big time over his RockStar Energy Drink sponsored RV and van. LS security tried to boot him out of the paddock several times and tried to tow off the van, even with a parking pass.

SCRAMP has never had their shit together for any event to my knowledge. The Monterey penninsula is not very well set up for huge influxes of traffic anyway, but SCRAMP seems to have a talent for taking things from bad to worse. It's too bad. The event is usually nice, but no matter if it's the Vintage races, Indy cars, bikes, whatever, getting to and from the track is fucked. I've never experienced it personally at the bike races for the most part, as we always stay there from Wednesday through Monday, but they do their level best to make things difficult for most of the fans.

We had a great time!! Expected hot weather, so we brought lots of water. Expected long lines, so we left early. Expected good roads on the way there and back, so had new tires on the bike (oops, didn't do that one) Awesome ride up and back (1100 miles). I can't wait until next year.
