What is the part number of this "kit" as I have only ever seen the "over tank" model from hyperpro ?

that pic is a muzzy kit. Pretty sure muzzy used hyperpro dampers on their kits. the kit will fit 2000-2001 or 2002+, not both.
And yes, that is a hell of a deal----especially if that is a current pic & it fits the bike.

Correct. That is a Muzzy unit and will fit 00-01 or 02+ NOT both.
