Flashed ECU problem ?
I had my ZX14R ECU flashed by Dyno Tronics USA early last year, bike has a full Brocks system with Bazzaz fuel management system. Bike makes 198hp on dyno jet. We tested my bike for a top end run recently and the bike could only run 302km/h in 6th gear. Took the bike to my tuner he ran the bike on the dyno and we could only pull 10300 rpms in 6th gear.
On the rev counter bike was pulling up to 12 000 rpms, but on the dyno reading only 10300 rpms, why is this ? Tuner unplugged Bazzaz ,still the same result.
The bike has run 316 km/h on the same dyno last year, so the limitter was out.
Why would the ECU only do this in 6th gear, all the other gears bike pulls over 11 000 rpms. Any suggestions before I ship my ECU to Guhl.

That looks like the 186mph / 300km/h speed limiter has not been removed and it's operating in 6th gear, you need to speak to Dyno Tronics.
My ZX14R with a Brocks Drag Flash 2 goes over 200mph (321 km/h) and the rev counter in 6th gear is up around 11800 revs.

Yes, I had the same issue with my bike when it was flashed from Eculeashed.....

I guess when you have to have it right, send it to Guhl. I remember when I was thinking of getting mine flashed I did searches on several boards and found a couple that were not flashed correctly. I wont mention names but what I didn't find was any from Guhl that weren't flashed correctly. So that's where I sent mine.

Btw, Guhl has re-flashed mine also since Ecunleashed used my bike for testing..... Go figure I had the Exuleashed version for free and kicked out $$$ to have mine redone....
