I always have to put my front tire up on a ramp to keep oil from filling the turbo,if it sits for awhile,is there anyway around this, check valve??

I know nothing about the kit, never installed mine...but is there a way to put a small check valve on the oil line? When running, an electric pump pushes oil to the turbo, correct? Or, an easier fix may be to elevate the oil supply line. Oil won't flow uphill...but the pump can overcome that.

Ride the bike more!

But seriously, to answer your question: I'm certain what you are looking for could be found either at a hydraulic shop, OR at Graingers. What you're looking for sounds more like(i think) a shuttle valve. A spring controlled check valve, keeps the oil line closed if pressure is below the determined psi (i'd say you want about 5psi for this), then opens the line when pressure exceeds 5 psi.

Yes you have to have an inline check valve but you will still get some seep in the turbo from whats left in the line behind the check valve but it will be nothing like you have now. I got mine at a local Hydraulic supply shop,

You put a low breaking pressure check valve about 3 inches from the turbo before the scavenge pump, if you have one.

there is a check valve that comes with the kit that goes before the turbo. the return line goes to the scavage pump and mine returns to the side of the oil pan. On another one I returned it to the oil filler cap. no issues on either one
