Taking of and stopping for lights does that to the range. It goes all over the place.

Yeah, maybe they'll give you a brand new 14R......Not.
The only bikes I've gone that far on are BMW's an R90 with 155k and an R100S with 135k, congrats man that's some serious seat time.

What have you done to it in those 100K miles. Valve checks, number of chains and sprockets, etc.

Here is a suggestion, maybe you can create a list of how many tires replaced, brake pads, discs, service intervals, valve adjustments, etc. 100,000 miles without any major breakdown is a huge accomplishment, especially for a bad ass bike as this one is.
