clutch question

I have an 09 zx14. I lost my job last August and 2 weeks later my bike broke down. Apparently the crankshaft and some forks went bad. I have a 330 osd tire kit installed. Well I just got it back 3 weeks ago and had to replace the master clutch cylinder because my mechanic back home could not get the clutch to bleed. So after replacing it I was able to ride about 600 miles on a trip with no problem.

July 4 I pulled the bike out to wash. Jump on it and it would not move. I could put it in gear but still wouldn't budge. Notice the little cap on the slave cylinder was off and I put it back on ( rubber cap). I just got on my bike and it would move in first gear now.

Do I have air in my system again?

Sounds like its more than that to me.... If there was air in the line it would not disengage, and if you got it in gear and started it then it would be moving...You said that your crankshaft & shift forks had to be replaced? What was done with the tranny, anything? I am not a mechanic but it sounds like you have a transmission issue to me... Maybe a busted tooth off one of your gears or something similar to that....

Those OSD kits are very hard on transmission bearings, haven't heard of crankshaft bearing going bad though, just puts alot of stress on trans, n forks wear cause of the load from the excessive weight from wheel/tire, if u can put it n gear n start n wont move I can't seeing air being the culprit, it just wouldn't allow u to disengage the clutch right?

Well it moved today! So I rode to a shop that bleed the clutch system with a pump. Ride better now. Hope that's all was wrong with it.

no its not.. the air expands due to heat and pushes the clutch to disengage

But if the fluid has leaked out how could it have/build pressure if its vented (cap off)

that little rubber is not a cap to hold fluid ..but to keep dirty out .. ..

he also could have a clutch plate wear issue.. and if they installed the last fiber like stock then its could be slipping really bad..
