Poor guy on the ZX10 looks like he still has a paper tag on his bike.
No sign of the ZX10, he probably went home to register his insurance.

There might be a chance the ZX-10 didn't suffer too much damage if it was just a tire and fender that whacked him.

Looks like dual exhaust. That must be a very old ZX-10 or a very old video.

Ha! - the 14 has a TOS too. I t apparently takes a while to kick in.. I know cuz mine got tested on the 7 th day I owned my 14. garage tip over. Chugged for about 4-5 seconds. I think I actually got to the killl switch before it kicked in. Stood the bike up and it flashed a code. Would not start. The code cleared itself and all was fine but for a few fairings and mirror. All minor cosmetic. hand buff and paint touch up then buff again good as new.


If the switch was really sensitive, there would be a risk of shutting down in a low lean angle.
